ICSE: International Center for Sustainable Excellence, is opened! Totems is responsible for the total design of the office and exhibition spaces, auditorium and library. Totems has accomplished a great mission by using sustainable materials for the interior!

A booth presentation conceived and designed by Totems Amsterdam, produced by Pico Bejing. A sculptural façade of widely fanning out rips encloses the dynamic interior inside. The façade is partly medial and completely lit from within. Fair: ITU 2009, Geneva

Amsterdam has it’s own Hermitage Museum, a satellite of the Hermitage museum in St Petersburg, Russia. From June 20th 2009 the restored and expanded museum building of the 17th century is open for the public. Visitors can see the beautiful treasures from the State Hermitage Museum.

Totems has designed for the inaugural exhibition ‘At the Russian Court’ a medial installation. The projections shows dancing people in the 19th century in the Hermitage Museum though a window, as if you were in that ballroom by yourself.

The stand on the furniture fair was a test for the orgatec in october what is going to be a lot bigger. We were happy with the results, and look forward building the orgatec stand!

Lots of bikes and a small budget, that was the briefing behind the stand for the pitch of GIANT. But we made something beautiful out of it and got it!
