The negotiator

10. Juni 2008

It is about time to honor some of the many people who work very hard behind the scenes. Gongo is one of them. The master of words, numbers and negotiation. Without him we would have been lost. He keeps everthing on track and makes the ideas working and look nice. He sure is a Totems hero!

Fieldtrip to Amsterdam

10. Juni 2008

This years Totems company trip went to Amsterdam, NL to meet our dutch colleagues, in order to exchange experiences, to have fun and to keep on track what everyone is doing. VERY IMPORTANT!

We all went by plane to Amsterdam.

Funny Rosalia in the airport shuttle.

The med session at out design-hostel. Girls are having fun. The boys definetly were lost while making their beds. Believe me.

Girls, girls, girls. No comment needed.

At the evening event a keynote was held about targetgroups. Focussing also on women and their desires… This was simply too much for poor Chris…

Window campaign

10. Juni 2008

Its been a while, but we still think it is worth sharing. Easter greeting from Vicky to Martin and Chris. Sticked to the window, next to their work space. The clue: Chris Martin is Vickies favorite artist from the band coldplay.

Step one: the greeting campaign

Step two: the story behind the campaign

Grand Prix

01. April 2008

Just forget a gold medal at the ADC in Cannes or at the Clio Awards… this is nothing compared to what Andy achieved: he received a certificate for TEN (10) positive valuations at Ebay! WOW! Amazing! Brilliant! What a stud… This man is a true winner!

Girls out

01. April 2008

There are kids that go skiing with their parents when they are on holiday. There are girls that accompany their Mum to Zaragoza to work. Paulina and Louisa, Mathilde, Ana and Steffi left to Zaragoza to establish an infrastructure in a country where burocracy seems to be the biggest trend. The journey was tough. Getting electric power, a telecommunicative connection, buying tickets for the Expo, meeting Expo-people and getting an all-access-pass was more difficult than any of us would have thought.

And then Ikea in Zaragoza. Wow, what an empty store! Spucky! Had anyone ever bought as much as we did? We made it with quite some stuff to establish Paulas, Roberts, Ulis and Anjas second home for the next months.

Paulina had spanish lessons with Ana while setting up beds and desks, Louisa made the “garden” look nice, Mathilde prepared a lovely dinner and Steffi did the laundry while being close to a nervous breakdown as nothing outside of Ikea and the house in Utebo seemed to work.

The last evening, after cleaning, arranging, setting up and driving around for hours we deserved a perfect dinner in “La Mathilde”. Yummy and nice! A tip to go! Flying back home Louisa took Steffi aside and said: ” You have such a strange job! Glad I wanna become a dentist…” Thanks to the little and the big girls for their support! It was great to discover Zaragoza with you!

Happy Anja

01. April 2008

Most of the time Anja is a very happy person: she has a great boyfriend (a proud iPhone 16GB owner and future architect at Bosch Industries), becomes a MAMA in approximately 4 months, does a fantastic job with the Expo and always seems quite relaxed. One of her outstanding qualities are here management skills: superior, I’d say. Anja: Thanx for your effort and patience!
