Working Time Is Living Time
Orgatec boulevard at KölnMesse 2010
Totems created 5 installations in the shape of words for the boulevard at the Kölnmesse during the Orgatec fair. The words formed a sentence: “WORKING TIME IS LIVING TIME”. An appropriate sentence for the most important furniture trade fair show. Lightweight metal frames, hung in the middle of the space. And each word differently coated. The decoration expresses the word character:
WORKING – completely covered with post-its
TIME – is formed by textile
IS – 700 pieces LEITZ-binders, attached to each
LIVING – here a light frame, covered entirely with ivy natural material
TIME – TIME Secondly, these covered with 10,000 BIC ballpoints.

Triplet for SAP erleben

Framed by Dr. Birgit Lankisch (SAP) and Eva Heid (Be One Entertainment) smiling Florian enjoyed the honour for hard work of the whole Totems team. After iF Communication Design Award and the Galaxy Award in Silver, SAP erleben won the third time a price – the EVA Award in Bronce. The team relishs the ongoing success based on the well trained cooperation between Stuttgart and Amsterdam. (Foto by Stefan Solf)

TOTEM in Amsterdam

This incredible group of people is giving a fabulous show in Amsterdam. The name is of course very typical, but the way how these unique people present & perform themselves is also amazing.
We of Totems do a completely different job, but in the end we also try to surprise and get peoples attention. This TOTEM show is from October 7 till November 21, 2010.
I think we should get some tickets!

20. Juli 2010To make our acquisition strategy during fair visits more ‘profitable’, we make use of our Totems flyers. These flyers can be made very easily; at the front a collage of some projects that we made in the past – at the back contact details of the 3 offices (Amsterdam, Stuttgart & Dusseldorf)
Herewith we create a little bit more “impact” when we meet interesting people during our fair visits and handover this flyer.
…at the end it’s all about catching someone’s attention and they (must) remember us for next time 
Celebrated 2 National Pavilions World Expo 2010
08. Juli 2010Totems Amsterdam has celebrated the finishing of 2 National Pavilions of Algeria and Cyprus at the World Expo in Shanghai. While having dinner the team looked at the finished pictures of the pavilions!
